Refunds / Exchanges

STORE POLICY /REFUNDS/EXCHANGES :

Most Merchandise may be returned within 6 days of the original delivery date for a full refund.  Our refund timeline starts when the post office notify’s us that your package has been delivered, left a notice and or is available for pick up. All items must be damage free, unwashed, unworn, no seams broken and with out any type of in fabric smells or stains. Items must be in their 100% original condition with tags attached.  Refund Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.  All fees including shipping fees on orders that received free shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Undamaged items may be returned for store credit 7 days after the post office notify’s us that your package has been delivered and or is available for pick up! Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed and completed. Please scroll down below to review our detailed store policy.

• On-Sale Merchandise ( Store credit only returns )

• Designs labeled as Custom Made are ( Final sale items )

• Beauty Products/Makeup/Hair Extension’s ( Final sale items )

• Accessories/Earrings/Bracelets/Sunglasses/Belts/Purses

• Clearance items / Clothing Samples ( Final sale )

• Shoes are exchange only when available

• Clothing that is priced $60.00 and under is ( exchange size only when available)

• Items purchased at /fashion shows/popup Shops ( final sale )

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

We strongly advise our plus size MAJOUR GALS to have their measurements taken before buying.  If you are still unsure about what size to order please take the time out to closely review all of our merchandise descriptions, Size Chart’s and fit/fabric details.  Shop-Majour.com customers are free to contact us directly for fit advice via text message. Please be advised that we have the right to refuse any and all returns. If your return is refused due to damage, in fabric smells, tag removal etc. You will be required to cover the return shipping cost of your items if you want them back.  Shop-Majour.com is not responsible for merchandise that becomes damaged or lost throughout the return shipping process. Please be sure to request shipping insurance on your packages if you’re worried about your return package being lost during transit.

REFUND REQUEST:

Email us: info.shopmajour@gmail.com for your refund request. Please contact us for a return slip, fill the slip out and ship your package back to us within 6 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to add tracking to return shipments. We will not process your refund until we receive your items back and your items are cleared for a refund or size exchange if available.  Please allow us 72 hours for a detailed reply when requesting a refund or size exchange by email or text message.
