Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders $175.00+
Merchandise will be shipped within 72 business hours from the order date. Your name & shipping address must match your billing information. Please be sure to include a cell phone number where you can be reached when placing your order if and when you need to ship to a different address. We have the right to request a photo copy of your driver licence and a photo of your credit/debit card before processing your order if your billing addresses defers from your shipping address.
Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Mail with signature conformation. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the tracking code. You may also track your order by clicking here. Pre order/delayed shipping items do not ship until they become available. Your order will not ship until all of your items are ready to ship. Express Shipping: Please be advised that you are not only paying for shipping but you are paying to have your order processed faster and shipped out faster. All express shipping orders will include signature confirmation and tracking.
Overnight Shipping– Orders placed for overnight service must be emailed to our customer service department before 3:00 PM EST. Customers should contact us at least 1 day in advance if you’re interested in over night shipping, so that we are able to process your order in advanced. Saturday delivery is not available at this time.

International Shipping Rates:
We currently offer international flat rate boxes via USPS postal services, UPS & DHL shipping services. Prices are subject to change. Please contact us with your name, address information and order information for current shipping rates for your country. Please include the product numbers and or names and sizes of the items you’re interested in ordering. International shipping flat rate boxes start at $30.00 usd [ International orders can take up to 8-15 days ]
Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Shop-Majour.com does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Shop-Majour.com is not responsible for custom duties, taxes or lost packages, they are the responsibility of the customer once they officially ship out. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Refused Packages
If you refuse a shipment from shop-majour.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, the cost of returning the package to shop-majour.com and a 15% re stocking fee. The total return shipping amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund plus the restocking fee.
Lost Packages
Shop-Majour.com is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact us about extended shipping insurance rates if you’re interested, before checking out.
